Plum Point Interpretive Center- New Windsor

Building amenities include set up of tables and chairs, heat/AC, a kitchen (for re-heating only), restrooms and views of the Hudson River. The maximum capacity is 48. Rentals are limited to no more than six hours and cannot go past 7pm. Tents, bounce houses and any outdoor set up are strictly prohibited.

Fees:     $425 County Resident or Non-Profit Group
              $450 County Commercial/Business
              $850 Non-County Family or Non-Profit Group
              $900 Non-County Commercial/Business

Permit requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
There is a non-refundable $10 fee required to process all reservation requests. This fee is in addition to the cost to rent the facility.
