Arboretum Special Event Package

Due to building fire the Arboretum is closed until further notice.

This combination includes use of the Education Center, the raised bed area and the ability to put up a tent (maximum 40’ x 80’) with tables, chairs and a dance floor (all at the renter’s expense) in the specified ceremony area. Tented events have a maximum capacity of 175 and no more than 48 people may be inside the building at any given time. Use of the site is limited to 8am to 9pm and all personal items must be removed at the end of the event. Access to the site and building is only for the date of the rental. The gardens at the Arboretum remain open to the public during all events.

Fees:     $1300 County Resident or Non-Profit Group
              $1325 County Commercial/Business
              $2600 Non-County Family or Non-Profit Group
              $2650 Non-County Commercial/Business

Permit requests will be subject to staff approval. Upon approval, payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
There is a non-refundable $10 fee required to process all reservation requests. This fee is in addition to the cost to rent the facility.
