Boat House and Pond Shelter Combo- Montgomery/Hamptonburgh

This combination includes use of the Boat House (maximum 6 hours and not past 7pm) and the Pond Shelter for a maximum capacity of 64 with no more than 48 people inside the building at any given time. The Boat House includes tables and chairs, heat/AC, a kitchen (for reheating only) and restrooms. The Pond Shelter offers picnic tables and grills.

Day Camp Area Picnic Shelter- Montgomery/Hamptonburgh

Picnic Shelter amenities include a paved pavilion with lights and electricity, water spigot, a raised stage area, 48 picnic tables (additional 10 tables outside the pavilion), 1 large grill, playground, volleyball (balls are not supplied), horseshoe pit (horseshoes are not supplied), softball field, restrooms.

Sally’s Dream Picnic Shelter- Montgomery/Hamptonburgh

SALLY'S DREAM PLAYGROUND IS OPEN TO PUBLIC. On day of event, please call #845-541-3510 for any questions or concerns. No loud music - Audible to pavilion area only. No Alcohol or Food Trucks allowed at this location. No Bounce Houses. No Bathrooms on Premises - Porta Johns Only! No personal grills allowed, only use of Parks grills. Please leave facility in condition it was received in. Place all trash in provided receptacles. Please bag any additional trash and place near trash receptacles. Maximum Capacity at this location is 96. This permit shall be deemed revoked if it is determined by the Orange County Attorney that the planned use of the County property is unauthorized under law or the orders of the Governor or any State Dept. or Agency.
